These policies help ensure that our programs continue to sustain Vande Ayur-Shilpi Ayurveda & Wellness in our efforts to support our community and programs in mind-body-spirit wellness.

EVENT CANCELLATION

If an event is canceled by Vande Ayur-Shilpi Ayurveda & Wellness, all payments will be refunded in full.

If a participant is unable to attend an event for which he/she has registered, he/she may send someone in their stead at no additional charge.

For events costing $100 or more:  Payments are refundable, less the deposit.  Notice of cancellation must be received before the event in question begins.  Notice received after the event has begun is not eligible for a refund.

For events costing under $100: Payments are refundable if notice of cancellation is received more than ONE week in advance of the event in question.  Notice received within ONE week of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Payments can no longer be transferred to other programs.  We apologize for this inconvenience. Cancellation costs include administrative costs, food costs, and decisions to move forward with a program based on early registration numbers.  We appreciate your understanding and support.

SERVICE CANCELLATION

We work mostly by appointment only. If you want to schedule your appointment on phone, you need to provide us your full name, email id, a call back number, and your credit card information for reserving your spot. To facilitate better service to our clients, we require at least 12 hours notice for cancellation or change of appointments scheduled. The clients will be charged 10% fees of the service fees if canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled therapy or consultation.

Please Note:

1. Most therapy requires some amount of prep and to enable us to be ready for you, prior booking and scheduling are required for every session.

2. Clients are expected to report to the Center at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

3. Delay in reporting to the Center for a scheduled appointment may lead to shortening of the session duration as it can adversely affect subsequent appointments. The rate list is subject to revision without notice.

4. Local taxes like sales and county tax are applicable.
