As Fall transitions into Winter, it’s the perfect time to embrace grounding, peaceful practices. Starting this December, join Libby on Tuesday evenings for a soothing, slow-flow session that brings warmth and tranquility to your week. Each class welcomes all levels and is followed by a nourishing Ayurvedic dinner and tea to enhance your evening of relaxation and connection.

In the spirit of sharing our love of nutritious food with the community, we are now offering donation based meals. Food is a pillar of Ayurveda and we take pride in sharing delicious and nutritious food during each of our events/workshops. In order to continue to operate with this intention, we greatly appreciate your generous donation. The proceeds ensure we can continue to cook with the best ingredients, cover expenses and support our future goal of opening an Ayurveda Wellness Café.
