Join Libby, RYT- 200, as she guides you through a celebration of the Winter Solstice with a grounding yoga class designed for all levels. Embrace the quiet, reflective energy of the season as we flow through warming postures to welcome the return of light. Afterward, enjoy a seasonally inspired Ayurvedic breakfast and chai to nourish body and spirit.

In the spirit of sharing our love of nutritious food with the community, we are now offering donation based meals. Food is a pillar of Ayurveda and we take pride in sharing delicious and nutritious food during each of our events/workshops. In order to continue to operate with this intention, we greatly appreciate your generous donation. The proceeds ensure we can continue to cook with the best ingredients, cover expenses and support our future goal of opening an Ayurveda Wellness Café.
