Ayurveda Superfood - Moringa

Moringa-Recently gained popularity in the superfood category, considered, as a powerful tool, thanks to its healing properties and culinary uses.

Moringa oleifera, also known as a drumstick tree is a fast-growing leafy tree that flourishes in tropical, arid environments. History of Moringa goes way back to thousands of years ago; it was first cultivated by Dravidians of south India, then later spread to other parts of Asia, Egypt, Africa, to the rest of the world in recent years

❤️🌿My love for leafy vegetables is real. People who know me, know how much i like to eat leafy greens. Thanks to my mum, she influenced that habit in me since a very young age

✨I honestly feel so humbled and thanks to mother nature for providing us this greeny goodness. Growing up in the countryside India, it only made me more closer to nature. As a child, i was only fascinated to try out new flavors( i have always been a food lover😛) now its more about conscious eating and knowing what i am eating.

✨Few minutes into my research on Moringa, I am now 100% the biggest fan of this superfood. Did you know, every part of Moringa is used in culinary or as medicine? There are a handful research papers that prove the fantastic phytochemical activities of Moringa

✨Studies show Moringa possesses anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, reduces high blood pressure, cholesterol, and detoxifying properties etc
