I present to you the yummy WATERMELON-MINT-ROSEWATER-POPSICLE
The mint in the garden was overflowing, so I decided I would add mint. After all, mint and watermelon is a bit of a classic. And then I thought, but hey, what about rosewater? It's essence is truly a summer fav. Not just for skin but rosewater is an antibacterial, antioxidant and cooling.
Recipe:
Ingredients
4 cups watermelon
4 - 5 tablespoons mint syrup 2 teaspoons rosewater
METHOD: Blend the watermelon, mint syrup, and rosewater. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Run a little warm water over molds to release the popsicles.
