Just being
is a holistic concept in the Naturhaus Schorfheide. It includes healthy living, healthy exercise and healthy, natural nutrition, based on Ayurveda. Digital Detox frees your senses for a more subtle energy that can flow freely thanks to Feng Shui. Even getting there is easy: take the train directly to the village. From there, you can hike along the atmospheric, naturally winding village street in 7 minutes of enjoyable minutes - the Naturhaus Schorfheide awaits you.
The Schorfheide
is a simple, austere beauty with plenty of sunshine and stunning sunsets. There is an abundance of forest right at the three ends of the village, because the Schorfheide is part of the UNESCO-protected Schorfheide-Chorin biosphere reserve and the largest contiguous forest area in Germany. Small, more hidden lakes or the large, beautiful Werbellinsee invite you to go on a bike tour.
Live in the breath of nature
What do you actually need? Distraction or focus on the essentials? The honest ecological construction in the Naturhaus Schorfheide creates a luxurious ambience, which can do without superficial decorations. You sleep in simple, small bedrooms with farmhouse charm, while community can unfold in bright, high rooms that let nature in. You are always invited to connect with your own nature, your potential.

If, for medical reasons, you follow a highly restricted diet, we advise you to bring with you any essentials you might need for your well-being. If you are prone to a severe reaction to an allergen, for example, a very small amount on a kitchen knife or board, it is essential that we be informed. Please note that we are unable to offer absolute guarantees for such allergic conditions.
Eating healthy
has method in the Naturhaus Schorfheide. Selected caterers provide you with plant-based vital food inspired by Ayurveda or Anthony William. The seasons determine the menu and come to the Naturhaus with the harvest from the enchanting Eichhorst organic nursery. The nearby eco-village of Brodowin supplies whatever is needed.

Urvashi Rebbereh
Urvashi first stumbled upon a yoga class in 2007 as a means of staying fit for her television career and has been on a mat ever since. The busy-people-dense city of Bombay with its snarling traffic, high rises, movie industry jobs and adventurous nightlife slowly gave way, like a crack in a wall through which the sun seeps in, to a world of inner engineering where the breath slowed down the spinning of the world by a notch or two. Stepping on a mat was like stepping into a time machine, like a homecoming - back to oneself.
Curiosity and a deep desire to learn from its source, led her to her first Hatha yoga teacher training in Rishikesh under the guidance of Master Surenderji. Blown away and yet strangely grounded by the experience, the journey took her to the Sivananda ashram in Kerala, in 2015 to complete her second teacher training. In the meantime she travelled the world and moved to Boston where she studied with the endlessly inspiring community of teachers.
As a serial expat, Urvashi draws on a wide range of traditional and modern movement modalities from India and the USA to create joyful, powerful classes. She weaves alignment, theory, humor and endless curiosity into her teaching to create space that is inclusive. Her classes help you explore stability, expansion, grace and effort in your practice. She believes the tools you develop on your mat are skills you take with you into the world as you move through the phases of your life.
